Our hand-batik fish pants are made from a medium weight muslin cotton fabric. Muslin is a tight-woven, smooth fabric that's perfect for a summer's evening. The colors are pastel and the designs traditional. I recommend you watch our short video "The Story of Thai Batik" to see how these pants are made.

We make the best fish pant. We start with a traditional pattern that's been used in my hometown (northern Thailand) for generations. Next we select a quality 100% cotton fabric that has the proper weight & drape. The pants are stitched to our specifications (double-stitched). Thai fisherman pants really do fit almost everyone. Our waists are cut to fit a person up to 45".  All our pants will easily fit a woman up to 5'10" at ankle-length.

Traditionally, fisherman pants are worn capri style by actual Thai fisherman. Wearing these pants above the ankle is both convenient and stylish. Remember-the length of the pant is determined by folding the fabric over at the waist.
